WARNING: If you recently painted your wall or are planning on applying decals to your freshly painted wall, you will need to allow time for the paint to cure before applying the decals. For regular paint (Glidden Essentials Flat or Eggshell) we recommend a period of 6 weeks after painting, and for Sherwin Williams Duration, Behr, Valspar, Benjamin Moore and others with zero VOC or stain blocking dura clean labels, we recommend waiting a longer period of no less than 8 weeks. Click here to learn about our Enhanced Adhesion Cleaning Method

PROCESSING TIME:

Processing times for each product/order varies and it is unique to each product and the season (higher demand will mean longer processing times, also lack of stock on materials will mean longer processing times)

COVID-19 processing times (it is about an extra 7 days from our normal times)

SAMPLES: 3 to 5 business days.
FLORAL DESIGNS: 1 to 2 weeks
WALL MURALS & WALLPAPER: 1 to 2 weeks
WOODLAND TREES : 1 to 2 weeks
ANIMALS (ordered alone): 7 to 10 business days

I am proud to say I make all orders from scratch here in Indiana. Every order is processed in the order that is received. WHICH MEDIA IS BEST FOR ME?

DURABLE VINYL DECALS
PROS: These are thin decals with very bright colors and they are smooth with minimal luster. These decals will look like painted on your wall. Will last +5 years on your wall (they might last longer but we do not recommend leaving them longer than 5 years) Durable Vinyl will stick to walls painted with Glidden Essentials Flat or Eggshell, Sherwin Williams Duration Flat or Satin, Dutch Boy Flat interior paint.
CONS: They cannot be repositioned. Do not work with BEHR, VALSPAR, Paramount, Benjamin Moore, PPG, Dunn Edwards and more. We have seen how decals fall off the wall if you try to apply them to walls painted with these brands. Select Self Adhesive Fabric if you have these brands. If recently painted your walls, wait 8 weeks before applying your decals.

SELF-ADHESIVE FABRIC DECALS
PROS: Removable Medium Tack Adhesive that can also be re-positioned many times from wall to wall. It is durable and it won't rip easy because it is polyester fabric. It has a canvas-like texture and it is matte. This material could be better for textured walls because it is thicker than vinyl and can hid the texture better. However, if there are many "peaks" on your textured wall, no material will have enough surface to hold on to which might prompt the decal to fall off the wall or be punctured by the sharp peaks on the texture.
CONS: It is slightly thicker material than vinyl. It has a higher price than Vinyl. If recently painted your walls, wait 8 weeks before applying your decals.

IMPORTANT: During shipping the vinyl is exposed to extreme cold temperatures that might damage the adhesive. I recommend to all customers to keep the package away from the weather elements (avoid leaving on porch, garage or attics) and to allow time for the decal to be expose to room temperatures for at least 4 hours before attempting installation. The adhesive on the decals is activated with heat, you can use a hair drier to warm up the wall before applying decals (avoid getting too close to the wall to prevent burning down your home) We also suggest to install the decals within 30 days of delivery in order to obtain a full guarantee for the products.

SHIPPING

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

The majority of orders are shipped on Priority Mail tubes for Domestic and International shipping and white tubes for First Class International (smaller decals) to every corner of the world. Those customers who require express shipping will be able to select that option at checkout.

All my items are made to order, which means I do not keep anything in stock, everything is made just for you.
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages that are lost or stolen, however, I can file a claim with the post office if your parcel has been lost or stolen or damaged. If the tracking number for the parcel shows that the parcel has been delivered, we are not responsible if the parcel is stolen from your front door/porch. Please keep track of your delivery with the tracking number we provide as soon as the order is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

I gladly ship to most countries through USPS, UPS and DHL (I do not ship to South Africa, the packages are never delivered), however, MotoMoms Decor will not be held responsible for orders not delivered due to problems with customs or the post office in the country destination.

Who Pays For Customs Fees?

When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.

Always, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

MotoMomsDecor cannot predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and we cannot calculate or collect these fees or taxes.

I am glad to accommodate international requests but be advised there will be no refund for packages not delivered or customs fees impose to the delivery of your order.

Important Considerations

  • WARNINGS: If you recently painted your wall or are planning on applying decals to your freshly painted wall, you will need to allow time for the paint to cure before applying the decals.   • Colors may vary slightly or appear darker than displayed since they are being viewed on an illuminated screen/device. Don't trust your monitor, purchase a sample before you place a full size order.
  • You are responsible for providing the correct size for your product (WIDTH & HEIGHT). If the dimensions you provide are incorrect, the product can be reprinted at your expense.
  • We will ship your product the address you provided during checkout. If that address is incorrect and the product is returned to us, you will be responsible to pay additional shipping to have it re-shipped.
  • Our products do not require a professional installer in order to be applied to your walls, most people with a basic skill level are able to successfully complete an installation following our simple steps. We provide detail installation instructions with every order. In our experience, professional installers will not easily agree to install a product they are not familiar with because they cannot give you any guarantees. We will not issue any kind of refunds due to installers refusing service to you. We will not issue any refunds due to installation issues. Order Cancellations

All our products are unique made to order, nothing is in stock. We will create your order once the order is placed. You will be able to cancel your order within one hour of placing it or before it has started processing (about 24 hours). Sometimes it might take more than 24 hours to start processing, please contact me ASAP if you have changed your mind or made a mistake on the order. If you wish to cancel your order while the order is awaiting fulfillment, or steps have been taken to process the order, awaiting shipment or in transit to destination, you will be subjected to a 20% cancellation fee.

Why the cancellation fee?
We make every order when the order is placed because our materials have expiration dates, all of the orders will have a short useful shelf-life after they have been made. Once the products are made, we have a limited time to sell them, or re-sell them if they have been returned. We do re-sell the items that are in perfect condition at a discount that is why we charge a 20% re-stocking fee because we offer those items to the public at a discount that might be 10 to 20% off the regular price.

We will replace your order with a new one if the order is not as described.

MotoMoms Decor Return Policy

All our products are unique made to order, nothing is in stock. We will create your order once the order is placed. We are able to offer you many sizes and variations of each design because we make everything "to order". Our materials (media and ink) have an expiration date before and after printed. For that reason, we are forced to maintain a very strict policy about cancellations and returns:

We will replace your order with a new one if the order is not as described*. In case you need to return your order, we will charge a re-stocking fee of 20% on any and all our products under any circumstances. 

* Orders that have arrived with parts that are damaged will not be replaced as a whole, but only the parts that are damaged, if that can ensure the whole design will remain the same as described.

Follow these steps if you wish to return an order:
1) Email motomomsdecor@gmail.com and request a return. You will be given a return address and you will allow us to plan in receiving your return.
2) Ship the order in the same way it was shipped to you, using the same box, just place a new label on top of the old one, you will be responsible for shipping the order back to me. The order will be inspected upon arrival, if it was damaged during transit, you will be responsible for the cost of the order so please make sure it is packed safely (you will also be able to file a claim with the post office to receive the full amount of the order, the shipper is the person who is responsible to file a claim with the post office)
3) Email me the tracking number to motomomsdecor@gmail.com and also track the shipment on your end to know when the order will be received.
4) Refund of 20% will be initiated within 7 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be applied to the same payment you made (it will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchased originally)
